design solutions for a new promotional pen

Kit-O Pen_2014

The company Stilolinea Srl in Settimo Torinese, in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Turin, asked us to design a new model of a promotional pen to be launched on the market in September 2015. The project had to respond to the needs of reduced production costs, the maximum modularity of the piece for the disposal phase, and innovation regarding the company’s style. Our pen KIT-O was the winner of the contest, selected from among 15 projects.

The project of the Pen Kit-O came from the desire to make a pen, used for promotional purposes, a customizable object. We made it both graphically customizable and also included a number of gadgets that a customer could choose from to have on his final product. It is a component design, with the ease of separability of the pieces in the time of disposal.
